Mazaher Tejani

Mazaher is the Associate Director for Compliance at ISSO Morningside. In his role, he assists in reviewing and processing documents for newly admitted F-1 and J-1 students. He also works closely with the Student Advising team on matters related to student compliance issues, ensuring that all Columbia international students are fulfilling the requirements needed to maintain their status in the U.S.

Mazaher has been with the ISSO since 2016. He holds an M.A. in International Education from New York University. Prior to joining Columbia, he worked at the NYU Office of Global Services.
