Labor Condition Application (LCA) Notifications

Pursuant to 20 CFR 655.734, Columbia University is providing notice to potentially affected workers that E-3, H-1B or H-1B1 workers are being sought for the occupations and worksites listed below. When a position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, notice will instead be provided directly to the appropriate bargaining representative. 

A copy of the Labor Condition Application (LCA), as well as necessary supporting documentation required by the Department of Labor regulations, are available for public examination in a public access file at the location linked in the postings below pursuant to 20 CFR 655.705(c)(2) and 20 CFR 655.760.
