The first few months of a new role can shape how others see your work and how quickly you grow. In this interactive workshop, students and early-career professionals will learn practical ways to build trust through reliability and communication, develop workplace relationships that AI cannot replace, and use career-development frameworks to set meaningful goals. We’ll also discuss how to use AI thoughtfully at work, what it can accelerate, what still requires human judgment, and what information should be kept out. Participants will leave with a practical framework for approaching their first 90 days with greater intention and confidence.
