ISSO Excursion: Early Black Friday Shopping @Woodbury Outlets

November 13, 2026
10:00 AM - 5:00 PM
America/New_York
Off-campus

Looking to start Thanksgiving celebrations early? Join ISSO for a fun shopping trip to the famous Woodbury Outlets in upstate NY! Black Friday, the busiest shopping day in the U.S., takes place the Friday after Thanksgiving and marks the beginning of the end-of-year holiday season. Many stores offer special discounts, with retailers starting sales in early to mid-November.

ISSO invites you and your family to come shopping with us 2 weeks early, to enjoy the discounts while avoiding long lines and heavy traffic! We will travel via FREE charter bus and spend approximately 4 hours together exploring the outlet malls.

**ISSO FAMILIES WILL RECEIVE A REGISTRATION LINK DIRECTLY BY EMAIL IN LATE OCTOBER. Spouses/ partners will be allowed to register individually, or with up to 2 family members. CU students and scholars may also register if joined by a spouse/ partner or child. Please coordinate to ensure that no one in your family is registered more than one time (no double registrations, please).

In early November, CU students/ scholars who wish to attend ISSO's Black Friday event on their own (without an accompanying spouse/ partner or child) will receive a separate link for registration. Thank you for your understanding.
