The holiday season in NYC is magical, so join ISSO for a new memory you will never forget! Featuring renowned ballerinas and danseurs from the leading opera houses of the world, Broadway-level sets and costumes, and vibrant new choreography that fuses classical ballet, puppetry, and acrobatics, NUTCRACKER! Magical Christmas Ballet is a holiday spectacular, having won critical acclaim from critics and audiences alike.
For the discounted price of $10 per person, ISSO will provide tickets to a limited number of students, scholars, and accompanying family members. Tickets include an after-show meet and greet with one of the dancers!
Due to the popularity of this event, participation will be determined by a lottery system. International students or scholars who are accompanied by a spouse/partner and/or children may request up to three (3) tickets. All other international students or scholars may request ONLY one (1) ticket. Duplicate entries are not allowed -- please coordinate with your spouse/ partner to ensure that family members are only registered one time.

Lottery winners will be informed on Fri. Nov. 20 and will have until 11:59PM on Tues. Nov. 24 to complete payment. After this deadline, unclaimed tickets will be forfeited and offered directly by ISSO to waitlisted participants. All tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE.
Itinerary:
- 1:30pm: Meet at ISSO Morningside to travel together by MTA (*optional)
- 2:15pm: Meet at the United Palace theater *Please do not register for this event if there is a chance you will arrive after 2:50pm at the very latest.
- 3:00pm: Ballet starts
- ~4:00pm: Intermission (20 minutes)
- 5:00pm: Ballet ends & meet-and-greet with a dancer
- After 5:30pm: Option to continue socializing**
**All registrants will be sent an invitation to an ISSO WhatsApp group for this event to help coordinate and meet up before, during, and after the event. ISSO encourages participants to independently organize meals or other activities before or after the scheduled itinerary.
