If you are abroad at this time and need to apply for a student or exchange visitor visa, please do so as quickly as possible to avoid further delays.
Please schedule your visa appointment at the nearest U.S. embassy or consulate and review the current Visa Appointment Wait Times to plan accordingly. Canadian and Bermudian citizens are exempt from applying for a student visa.
