This session examines how source use and citation practices vary from culture to culture. By taking apart examples together, participants will uncover Columbia professors' expectations about paraphrasing, quotation, and citation. You will leave understanding how to use sources in ways that abide by student Columbia honor codes and demonstrate your belonging in your area of study.
