Join ISSO staff throughout the summer of 2025 on a number of excursions and experiences in and around New York City, the greatest city in the world! Experience the city as locals do. Explore the celebrations, festivals, markets, and happenings this summer in NYC with ISSO staff and members of the Columbia University international community.
"This year will be the 32nd season of summer movies in Bryant Park! Bring a blanket and snag your spot on the lawn to watch The Godfather on the big screen under the stars. The lawn opens at 5pm; film begins at 8pm." The ISSO group will hang out on the lawn before the movie starts. Join the group whenever your schedule allows.
Everyone is responsible for their own MTA subway ticket and any purchases made at the park. Detailed instructions will be shared with those who sign-up. We hope you can join!
This event is open to the entire international student and scholar community. Spouses/partners of international students and scholars are welcome to attend. This movie is rated R and not recommended for children. If you would like to bring children under the age of 18, please reach out to the ISSO Programming Team.
