Are you an international CU faculty member, researcher, postdoc, staff or trainee? Are you looking to meet peers and make new scholar friends across different schools and departments? Join ISSO's monthly morning "coffee hour" to help build connections and community with fellow CU colleagues!
We invite you to stop in the Morningside ISSO at Armstrong Hall to have a coffee or tea and breakfast treats to start your day! Come and go as your schedule allows during these open house times, to mingle with colleagues. International faculty, scholars, researchers, postdocs, staff, and trainees from all Columbia campuses are welcome!
Starting at 9AM, use your ID to enter the building, then come upstairs to join us in the conference room on the 4th floor.
RSVP if you can, otherwise feel free to just stop by!
**After this event, attendees are invited to join ISSO staff for an on-campus excursion to the International Affairs Building for the Visiting Scholar Lecture of Cicely Peng at the Weatherhead East Asian Institute. Cicely, a CU international scholar from China, will be presenting on the topic of "Insider’s Lens: Two Decades of a Grassroots Fight for Education Equality in Western China" from 12 - 1:30pm. Learn more and register here to come support your ISSO colleague!
