Session Overview
Most leadership failures are not skill failures — they are adaptive failures: the inability to navigate messy, politically charged challenges where no expert has the answer and good intentions are not enough. This interactive workshop introduces the Heifetz Adaptive Leadership framework alongside four immediately actionable tools and puts every concept to work through structured practice exercises. Participants leave not just with new frameworks, but with practiced behaviors and a personal action commitment they can use the following day.
Learning Objectives
By the end of this session, participants will be able to:
1. Distinguish adaptive challenges from technical problems.
2. Practice the four core Adaptive Leadership behaviors.
3. Apply three connecting frameworks to their leadership context.
4. Commit to one concrete behavior change.
