Join us for an interactive workshop on Cultural Intelligence (CQ), where you'll learn how to work more effectively with people from diverse backgrounds. In this workshop, you'll take the CQ assessment to gain insights into your own cultural intelligence and learn how to apply these skills to build more inclusive and effective relationships both personally and professionally. CQ focuses on four key capabilities:
- CQ Drive (motivation to engage)
- CQ Knowledge (understanding cultural differences)
- CQ Strategy (planning for cultural diversity)
- CQ Action (adapting behavior when needed).
