ISSO Excursion: Visit the Federal Reserve Bank of NY

June 24, 2026
11:30 AM - 2:00 PM
America/New_York
Armstrong Hall, 545 W. 112 St., New York, NY 10027

Join the ISSO GLASS team for a visit to the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, where we will take a guided tour of the New York Fed Headquarters, and learn about the multifaceted responsibilities of the Federal Reserve System and its role in the global economy.

We will take public transportation (subway) together to the New York Fed. All participants are responsible for their own transportation costs. We must arrive together for check-in and security screening. If you are late, you will forfeit your participation. More information to follow!

Registration will open on June 17, at 9AM.

Visitors and chaperones aged 16 and older must also present a valid, government-issued ID with photo, such as a driver's license or passport. One of the following forms of identification are recommended for entry for visitors aged 16 and up:

  • Driver's licenses or other state photo identity cards issued by Department of Motor Vehicles (or equivalent)
  • U.S. passport
  • Permanent resident card
  • Non-U.S. government-issued passport

Notes

  • The name on the government-issued ID must match the name on the printed ticket.
  • NYC ID cards are not acceptable forms of identification for entry.
  • Photocopies of identifying documents will not be accepted for entry.
  • Visitors under the age of 16 are not required to present a government-issued ID. We encourage minors under 16 to bring a school photo ID, if applicable.
  • A picture of an ID will not be accepted.
