Global Leadership Advancing Student Success (GLASS) is a signature leadership program offered by the Office of the Provost through ISSO, exclusively available to Columbia University International Students.
GLASS Programming is designed to:
- Provide cultural context and ongoing support for professional readiness in the U.S. and global work cultures.
- Strengthen communication skills within a variety of interpersonal and intercultural contexts.
- Analyze self-awareness in relation to global issues and global mobility.
- Develop foundations for leadership.
- Build personal and professional connections with other Columbia University international students across departments, schools, and campuses.

GLASS’ programming is open to all international students, including undergraduates, graduate students, and any non-degree/exchange students.
GLASS is free to all Columbia international students.
When registration opens, click on the title of each program session to get to a registration link. Please register with your UNI for any session that you plan to attend. We look forward to seeing you there!
