Do you want to learn a new way to manage your thoughts so that you can cope with stress more effectively? This 90 minute workshop, led by Rachel Rush, Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Columbia Health, will teach you the basic principles of a cognitive behavioral therapy known as REBT (Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy) and provide exercises to help you practice using this technique.
